Half Day Asian Cookery Lesson

If you have a passion for Asian food, but don't know your cardamom from your cumin or your galangal from your garam masala, then this cookery course is ideal for you. You can try one of three different styles of Asian food; Thai, Indian or Sushi. The classes are designed to give people the confidence to work with the different herbs and spices usually associated with Asian cuisine and extend their range and knowledge of making everyday Asian food, with an emphasis on healthy eating and food awareness. Classes are kept small, giving you the opportunity to have hands on experience in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with lots of tips on general cooking and one to one time with the chef.
