Sushi Masterclass at The Cooking Academy

Learn to impress friends and family with your new found sushi and sashimi making skills. This hands-on master class teaches the subtle art of making perfect sushi every time. During the class you will learn how to cook rice for sushi how to prepare ingredients and where to source the best ingredients. You will learn a variety of recipes that you can recreate again and again at home. Classes are small with a maximum of six participants to ensure that you will get plenty of one to one tuition.
